1. Agreement and seller identification

These terms are a contract between you and Reagan Kenneth Richey, the seller operating savantstox.com under the trading name Savantstox (SAVANTSTOX). By creating an account or using savantstox.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Questions go to hello@savantstox.com.

2. What SAVANTSTOX is — and is not

SAVANTSTOX is an educational sandbox. Every portfolio and trade on the platform is simulated; no real money, securities or brokerage accounts are involved, and we never execute orders. Market data and AI mentor output are provided for learning and discussion only. Nothing on this platform is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. We are not a broker-dealer or registered investment adviser. You alone are responsible for any real-world investment decision you make.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 16 and provide accurate details. Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Subscriptions and billing

The free tier is available at no cost with usage limits. The Pro plan is $5 per month, billed in advance and renewing automatically each month until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Prices are in USD unless shown otherwise, and we will give at least 30 days' notice before any price change affecting your renewal. You may cancel any time from Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not present simulated results as real trading performance to deceive anyone.
• Do not use the platform to promote securities fraud, market manipulation or pump-and-dump schemes.
• Do not scrape, resell or redistribute market data or AI output at scale.
• Do not abuse, harass or impersonate others in shared portfolios or discussion threads.
• Do not attempt to break, overload or circumvent limits, quotas or security controls.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the portfolios, notes and comments you create. You grant us a licence to host and display that content as needed to run the service — including publicly, for any portfolio you deliberately choose to share via a share link.

8. Availability and data accuracy

Market data comes from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. AI output may be wrong. The service is provided "as is" without warranties, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for investment losses, lost profits or indirect damages.
