What SAVANTSTOX is — and is not

SAVANTSTOX is a stock analysis platform and educational sandbox for learning about stocks, investments, and financial markets — without risking real capital.

SAVANTSTOX is not a broker or registered investment adviser. It does not open brokerage accounts, hold investment funds, or execute real-money trades. All trades are simulated; market information and AI discussions are educational, not personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Our educational purpose

This page explains the site's educational purpose and limitations, rather than setting out a paid-service agreement. Paid services are not currently active.

AI analysis and market uncertainty

We aim to guide our artificial intelligence (AI) toward logical, evidence-based analysis and sound educational reasoning. AI can nevertheless make mistakes, misunderstand information, or rely on incomplete or outdated data. Its predictions and assumptions are not promises of future performance.

Stock markets are volatile and may behave very differently from what any AI or person expects. No investment is a sure thing: prices can fall, and real investments can lose some or all of their value. Past performance and simulated results do not guarantee future returns.

You remain responsible for your real-world investment decisions. Do not treat an AI response as an instruction to buy or sell; independently verify important information and seek qualified professional advice when appropriate. Neither SAVANTSTOX, its founder, nor its hosting or AI service providers guarantees market outcomes or accepts responsibility for losses caused by market volatility or reliance on educational analysis, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This notice does not exclude responsibilities or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Personal information is not a product

Neither SAVANTSTOX nor its founder sells, resells, rents, or profits from users' personal information as a data product. Accounts and saved work do require information: the site stores account details, sandbox portfolios, and other content you choose to save, and service providers process information needed for hosting, AI responses, account messages, and site operation. This is not a claim that the site collects or stores no information, or that no information reaches a service provider. Our Privacy Policy explains these practices, including optional tracking and privacy requests.

Young learners and account access

Learners aged 10 and older may read public educational material with a parent or guardian's permission and supervision. Accounts currently remain limited to people aged 16 and older. Applicants aged 16 are also asked to confirm parental or guardian permission. An age entry or permission checkbox is a self-declaration, not verified parental consent, and does not authorize accounts for children under 16. Younger accounts will not be offered until required child-privacy safeguards and provider age requirements have been reviewed and satisfied.

AI mentors and the Council are instructed to stay with stock, investment, and financial education, redirect unrelated requests, and avoid inappropriate content. These instructions cannot guarantee every response. Parents and guardians should review material used with young learners, and no one should enter a child's personal information into AI prompts or public comments.

Future paid services

If paid services are introduced after the business and payment arrangements are ready, this page will be updated to identify the operating business and payment vendor accurately. Checkout, payment processing, and applicable transaction taxes will be handled through the payment vendor. No future LLC is represented here as already formed or currently operating the site.
