What SAVANTSTOX is — and is not

SAVANTSTOX is a stock analysis platform and educational sandbox for learning about stocks, investments, and financial markets — without risking real capital.

SAVANTSTOX is not a broker or registered investment adviser. It does not open brokerage accounts, hold investment funds, or execute real-money trades. All trades are simulated; market information and AI discussions are educational, not personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Lovable Cloud provides the platform’s hosting and managed data storage. Service providers process information needed to deliver the service. Hosting or storing information does not, by itself, determine who is legally responsible for its use; those responsibilities depend on applicable law and the parties’ actual roles. Privacy requests can be sent to the contact above.

Information you provide and information needed to operate the site

We do not require brokerage onboarding documents or financial-account credentials to use the educational sandbox. This does not mean the site collects no information: accounts, saved work, AI requests, and security require limited information to function.

• Account data — email address, and a display name if you provide one.
• Content you create — sandbox portfolios, watchlists, notes, comments and AI mentor conversations.
• Usage data — pages viewed, AI requests counted against your daily allowance, and basic device or browser information.
• Future billing data — when paid services are activated, subscription status and transaction identifiers supplied by the payment vendor. Payment details are entered with the vendor, not stored as card numbers by SAVANTSTOX.

How we use it

To operate your account, save your sandbox portfolios, generate AI analysis you request, enforce fair-use limits, respond to support requests, and keep the service secure. When paid services are activated, subscription information will also be used to provide the access you purchase. We do not sell, resell, rent, or otherwise monetize your personal information as a product. Any future charges are for the service, not for selling user information.

Service providers, not data resale

We do not re-release your personal information for third parties to buy, resell, or market as a data product. Necessary processing is different from resale: Lovable Cloud hosts accounts and saved content, AI providers receive the prompts and context needed to answer your requests, and email providers deliver account messages. Google may receive tracking information as described below. These providers handle information under their applicable terms and privacy policies. This is not a promise that information never reaches a third party.

When sales are activated, Paddle, our payment vendor and merchant of record, will handle checkout, payments, and applicable transaction taxes. The vendor may collect the billing information it needs to process purchases and meet its own legal obligations. SAVANTSTOX may receive subscription status and transaction identifiers to manage access.

Educational use and legal obligations

SAVANTSTOX does not collect identity-verification documents for brokerage trading because it is not a broker. Educational status does not remove privacy, security, or other applicable legal obligations. We cannot promise that no information will ever have to be retained or disclosed: a valid legal requirement may require limited retention or disclosure. This is not permission to sell user information.

Cookies and local storage

We use strictly necessary cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences. We also use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure when new users complete key steps like creating their first Savant portfolio. Tracking can send event and device or browser information to Google; it should not be understood as zero data sharing. Where our consent controls apply, you can decline optional ad-related tracking. Browser privacy settings and Google’s controls provide additional choices. Pausing an advertising campaign does not, by itself, disable the site’s tracking.

Retention

We keep account data for as long as your account exists. Delete your account by emailing us and we will remove your personal data and content within 30 days, except information that must be retained for a valid legal obligation. Information processed by independent providers, including future payment records, is also subject to those providers’ retention policies and applicable law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Email hello@savantstox.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Young learners and parental guidance

Our public educational material may be read together with a parent or guardian by learners aged 10 and older, with that adult’s permission and supervision. It is about stocks and investment education, not adult entertainment. This is not permission for children to create accounts or submit information to AI. Account use remains restricted to people aged 16 and older under our educational-use notice while appropriate child-privacy safeguards and provider age requirements are reviewed. Applicants aged 16 are also asked to confirm parental or guardian permission. The signup age entry and checkbox are self-declarations, are not saved to a profile, and do not verify identity or parental consent.

Parental permission alone does not replace legally required, verifiable parental consent. We do not currently offer a verified parental-consent process for child accounts. Parents and guardians should not enter a child’s personal information into accounts, public comments, or AI prompts. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact hello@savantstox.com so we can investigate and arrange appropriate removal.

AI topics and content safety

AI mentors and the Council are instructed to focus on stocks, investments, financial education, and using the educational sandbox. They are instructed to decline unrelated requests, redirect the conversation to these topics, and avoid adult or otherwise inappropriate content. We cannot control what users type, and AI instructions cannot guarantee that every generated response will be relevant or appropriate. Do not include sensitive personal information in prompts. Report inappropriate output to hello@savantstox.com; a parent or guardian should review material used with a young learner.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Material changes will be announced in the app.
