Who we are

Reagan Kenneth Richey is the seller and data controller, operating savantstox.com under the trading name Savantstox (SAVANTSTOX; "we", "us"). This is an educational sandbox platform for learning about the stock market. You can reach us any time at hello@savantstox.com.

What we collect

• Account data — email address, and a display name if you provide one.
• Content you create — sandbox portfolios, watchlists, notes, comments and AI mentor conversations.
• Usage data — pages viewed, AI requests counted against your daily allowance, and basic device or browser information.
• Billing data — subscription status and identifiers returned by our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.

How we use it

To operate your account, save your sandbox portfolios, generate AI analysis you request, enforce fair-use limits, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with service providers who run the platform on our behalf: our hosting and database provider, our AI model providers (which receive the prompt text of requests you initiate), our email provider for account emails, and Paddle, our merchant of record, who handles all payments and tax. Each acts under contract and may not use your data for their own purposes. We may also disclose data where legally required.

Cookies and local storage

We use strictly necessary cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Retention

We keep account data for as long as your account exists. Delete your account by emailing us and we will remove your personal data and content within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or accounting purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Email hello@savantstox.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

SAVANTSTOX is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Material changes will be announced in the app.
